No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

After payment confirmation:

  • A download or access link is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout
    and/or

  • The product becomes immediately available in the customer’s account area.

Delivery is considered completed once access to the product is provided.

3. Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered:

  • Immediately after payment confirmation
    or

  • Within a maximum of 24 hours in case of manual verification or technical issues.

4. Delivery Issues

In case of:

  • Non-working download link

  • Corrupted file

  • Inability to access the product

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will take the necessary steps to restore access or provide a new valid link.

5. Non-Refundable Products

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws,
digital products delivered immediately after purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivery has been completed.

By placing an order, you expressly agree to:

  • The immediate supply of digital content

  • The waiver of your right of withdrawal

  • The non-refundable nature of digital products once delivered

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid email address

  • Check access to their customer account

  • Have compatible equipment to use or access digital products

We cannot be held responsible for access issues caused by incorrect information or technical incompatibility on the customer’s side.
